Our products and orders
We sell handcrafted wooden laptop and tablet stands and related accessories. All prices are in EUR. VAT is automatically calculated by Stripe Tax based on your location and shown at checkout. By placing an order you offer to buy the listed items at the stated price; we accept by confirming the order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
Payment and pricing
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe. You may pay by credit card, debit card, or other methods offered at checkout. Prices and shipping costs are displayed before you confirm payment. If we discover a pricing error after payment, we will contact you to refund or adjust as appropriate.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide from Piedmont, Italy. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by Packlink, our logistics partner, based on your destination address and parcel dimensions. You choose your preferred carrier and service at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates from the selected carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Returns and warranty
If you are in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within this period. The product must be returned in its original condition. We will refund the purchase price (excluding return shipping) once we receive the item.
All stood products come with a 2-year warranty under EU consumer protection law, covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear. For warranty claims, contact us at [email protected].
Intellectual property and use
All content on this site (text, images, design, code) is owned by stood or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or misuse our content or products in a way that infringes our rights.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses beyond the value of the order. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that we cannot exclude under applicable law.
