Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout you enter your shipping address and our logistics partner Packlink calculates available shipping options, carriers, and costs for your destination. You choose the option that suits you best and see the exact price before you pay via Stripe Checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 13:00 CET on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier you select at checkout (e.g. 2–5 working days within Europe, longer for other regions). You will see the estimated delivery range for each option before you confirm your order.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly packaging: recycled and recyclable cardboard, minimal plastic, and reused or upcycled boxes where possible. Each stand is packed securely in an FSC-certified envelope so it travels safely without excess material.
Carriers and tracking
Depending on your destination and chosen service, your order may ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS, or local postal services — all coordinated through Packlink. After dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
